Very efficient, clean, and fast. We appreciate a job well done. We had a hangup getting the needed parts but otherwise we were happy with the work done. It’s definitely better equipment than the old one.

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get us in right away. They came out, completed a thorough diagnosis, and helped get our AC back up and running, which was especially appreciated during this summer heat. They also scheduled the necessary repairs and kept us clearly informed throughout the entire process. Very happy with the service and communication!

Ball has been my air conditioning go-to company since they first replaced my old central air system 21 years ago. Until the outdoor fan froze up, the only thing I did was regularly replace the indoor air filter. While waiting for a new fan they came out and managed to get the unit to operate temporarily. Repairs were about 15% of the cost to replace the unit. I have retained them to annually service my system.

I strongly recommend against using Ball Heating & Air. It took them well over a month to finish our new AC installation, and we had to mention legal action before they completed the work included in their written proposal and agreed scope of work. I repeatedly had to inspect their work myself after being told things were finished when they were not. Since then, we’ve had to hire another HVAC company multiple times to correct installation mistakes and poor-quality work.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Jay came out this morning to service our air-conditioning and he had us up and running in no time. We have an older unit and he was able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company. He is honest and charged a fair price and was very personable.

June 15, 2026: Late with no communication—I had to call, and I was very nice about it. The owner said there was a Freon leak and did not include any Freon with the service call charge to get us through until we decide what we want to do. We declined the $1,200 quote. We were then charged $100, even though he had said earlier on the phone that the $100 would go toward the repair. Read reviews before you book. Update June 16, 2026: We had another company come out the next day, and there was no Freon leak. The unit is fixed. The issue was a motor in the panel in our basement that needed to be replaced. The repair did not cost half of what Ball quoted us, and the other company correctly diagnosed the problem. Do not book with this company.
