Cole and Jay installed my new furnace plus additional ducts with new heat return. The install went very professionally and all within the planned work window. What was even more unexpected was the after install cleanup. They left the area cleaner than when they started. I'M IMPRESSED!!

From the time he arrived at my house to do my annual maintenance service through departure I was impressed with Austin’s professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Because he took the time to inspect my furnace carefully, “fatal flaws” were identified right away, that meant it was going to be time for a replacement. This was, of course, tough to learn, but since he showed me the actual issues I could indeed see there was no alternative. We discussed a few options and approaches, and I decided to replace my existing high efficiency Trane furnace and Clean Effects with another Trane pair….even more efficient . Though this was a major, unexpected investment, it was the best move for me. I’ve been a customer of BNG for almost twenty years, and that helped prioritize the timing of my system’s change out. To insure my safety he shut the furnace down to remove any risk of carbon monoxide leakage, and he expedited referral to project management to set me up with an excellent team for the next morning. I was assured by both Austin and company management that the team coming out would be their A team. They just left and I’ll be writing a separate review about them. They were an A+ team! So my thanks and appreciation to Austin for identifying the failure of my old system. Ensuring my safety, coordinating replacement and answering all the questions I had. I will be requesting him, if possible, to be my tech for the first annual maintenance on my new system and, I hope, annually thereafter. Review PART II: My Installation team, Humberto V and Raul G. Apparently I’ll have to squeeze both of these reviews together because I couldn’t start a second one without Google interfering. My team today put the “T” in team! This was the very best installation experience I have ever had. Of any kind of equipment. Both Humberto and Raul were careful, focused, detail oriented, and went well beyond what I was expecting. Truly exceptional and a real asset to Ballard Natural Gas. While they were here they identified some other issues in peripherals to my new equipment and fixed every one of them. They were well prepared for what I guess can be unexpected twists during equipment installation. In addition to adding to my own knowledge of my new equipment they made sure, at every step, that I didn’t have any remaining concerns or questions. Their attention to detail was outstanding. A really delightful team that made a process I was anxious about the very very best. A big thank you to each of them.

Even though I wound up learning my entire furnace, heating pump, & outdoor unit needed to be replaced, Austin made sure to explain and show me where and what the problems were. He was very patient and friendly. He has a very easy demeanor that crossed over well into how he did his tasks.
