• This is unfortunately, or fortunately depending how you look at it, The second time I’ve needed the services of BCOOL. I have two AC units at my house. One of them went out a few months ago. Their technician advised me that it would probably be a good idea to switch out my other one because it was on its last leg. I didn’t listen. Welp, here we are two months later. • Austin was very prompt in coming out on a Friday afternoon to test/diagnose our failing AC. He showed us exactly what was happening with the 10 year old system and we had the bid for the new system within 48 hours. The technicians who did the tear out and installation of the new system (Tanner and one other tech (sorry, I didn't get his name but he was excellent!) were very careful and only needed to remove two small trim pieces from the access port in the ceiling. They worked efficiently and made sure we were informed of progress over the 5-6 hour job. In and out by early afternoon and the house is back to normal! We would recommend BCool for all HVAC needs and would work with them again with zero hesitation!
