I had a great experience with Beat the Heat, especially working with Ruben. I was dealing with a difficult home warranty situation involving my AC, and Ruben was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to properly evaluate the system, performed a Manual J load calculation, explained what he found, and provided the documentation I needed to work through everything with the warranty company. Once we finally got approval and the equipment was provided, Ruben and the Beat the Heat team handled the installation and made sure everything was done correctly. Ruben was responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout a process that took much longer than it should have because of the warranty company. What I appreciated most was that Ruben wasn't just trying to get the job done and move on. He answered my questions, explained what was happening, and helped me understand the system and my options. After everything I went through getting the AC replaced, having a local company and someone like Ruben that I could trust made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Beat the Heat to anyone in the Corpus Christi area needing HVAC work.

Amazing service and THE QUICKEST response!!! My ac went out and everyone was saying it would be a day or 2 before they could come out. Beat the Heat said “we’ll be there in 30 minutes”. TECPA was early, quick, and knew what he was doing! I’m talking in and out & fixed our issue within record time. We have a toddler and we were scared because Triple A said they wouldn’t see us until Monday but BTH came out same day quicker than scheduled & fixed the issue!
