Alan and his coworker were great! Our unit was having some issues and they did a great job coming out and making sure everything was good with the heat. The office was also very responsive. Niles was very respectful of my home and time. It's been almost two weeks and my air is working great with no leaking! The only thing that I had a slight issue with was the cost to repair and diagnose. Neither amounts were discussed prior to coming by and I didn't know it would be fixed the same day because we hadn't discussed it. I didn't know it was a diagnostic charge. I wasn't prepared to pay the amount I did that day because I just wanted to know what the problem was so I can discuss it with my spouse.

My husband and I decided that it was time to replace our aging heating and AC systems instead of waiting for them to completely break down. We were quoted a price by a large company in the area, but we knew that they were overpriced. We were referred to Niles Beers HVAC by our trusted HVAC repair guy. We had a great experience with Niles Beers and his team. Right from the start, Niles was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining our options to my husband, and was up front about the way the pricing works for a top name brand AC system versus a system that has virtually the same specs and parts inside it, just without the well known brand name. We were given a very reasonable quote that was approximately $5000 less than the other HVAC company. Niles communicated with us before the installation day so we knew what to expect (rain and possibly thunderstorms were in the forecast). On the day of the installation, everyone arrived promptly, were friendly, professional, and protected our home with floor covering to keep it clean. The entire installation process went smoothly and was done in a few hours because he had adequate staff to handle both the inside and outside aspects of the installation. Afterwards, Niles sent us our invoice and product registration to keep in our files. All these details added up to a positive and stress free experience. I would definitely choose Beers HVAC for your HVAC system needs!

Beers HVAC for the win! We were in need of a complete system replacement that was long overdue. After a quote from one of the “big guys” around town, I called Niles to come out and quote my project. He arrived on time and was very respectful. He offered several options to meet my needs. Being a responsible home owner I didn’t just settle with 2 quotes, so I had a few more of the “big guys” come out and the prices were astronomical for even a basic new system setup. I texted Niles back and we tweaked my quote a little to get a better system, while still remaining affordable compared to the “big guys”. His crew came out and make quick work of the system replacement. I cannot stress enough how easy it was to deal with Beers HVAC. Every other company that came to quote us ended the conversation with “What can I do to earn your business today?” I replied it all comes down to $$$, to which they replied they could knock off several thousand dollars to make the deal work. That’s not the type of business I wasn’t to associate with unless absolutely necessary. Niles and Beers HVAC are no non-sense, honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have found a new HVAC company moving forward. DO NOT HESITATE to call Beers HVAC. Hopefully they’re your first and last call! Now I’m going to enjoy my brand new, ice-cold AC system. ✌️

This past Monday our air conditioning system failed. Of course, we head out of town company coming in that afternoon. I called Niles Beers HVAC because I had seen recommendations for him on next door. He got to us in less than 2 hours, diagnosed the problem in, explained what had happened, and made the repair.
