We had such a great experience! Our air conditioner went out around 3 a.m., and our kids started waking up because the house was getting so hot. We sent in a service request at 3 a.m., and Mr. Darren was at our house by 9:30am that same morning! He replaced the motor, added new Freon to our older AC unit, and had us back up and running that day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, and the entire experience couldn’t have been more seamless.. especially during what could have been a very stressful situation with four kids and no AC! We are so thankful for the quick response and wonderful service. We would 100% recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience! Our air conditioning went out, and Darren was able to get us back up and running the very same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before he left. When the HVAC Co I held a Customer Care Service Agreement with did not show up after 6 days of having requested service for my furnace failure during the January "Ice Storm", I realized their 'Customer Care' was non-existent. I contacted Benny James Service to book a service appointment, expecting that it would be several days before an appointment could be scheduled in 2026 coldest winter ever! I was Pleasantly surprised when Trent was at my home that very afternoon and was able to identify and repair the problem with the furnace. Trent was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explained why the furnace kept repeatedly shutting off, and described the function of the part that was needed to get it back to operating properly. He also called the next day to assure it was in good working order. <- That is what Great Customer care is. I appreciate Trent's clear communication, speedy service, honesty, fair price, and the level of care he presented. I agree with others that Benny James Service offers the most positive experience and excellent service that one will ever experience from an HVAC company!

Called Benny James to come give a 2nd opinion on an issue we were having with our heater. The very nice lady who took my call said they would be there ASAP. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly young man came by and inspected the furnace. He quickly determined that work done the prior week by another company was done wrong. The previous company had installed part of the unit incorrectly, then made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem that resulted from their mistake, and then they sent me an estimate of $4500 to fix a problem they caused. Cade from Benny James identified and fixed our issue in a few minutes and saved me $4500. From now on, we will no longer be using the company we had used for years, and will now be calling Benny James. We will also be recommending Benny James to family and friends.
