An absolutely amazing company! He did everything possible to make the install as perfect for us as possible! He even stayed after the install to make sure the pump was working properly and there were no leaks even though the install was technically done! One of his guys even swept the floor afterwards! If I could give them a 10 star rating I absolutely would!

Cranfield Services is incredible and most worthy of 5 stars. The best HVAC company in Chattanooga to work with. My wife is nine months pregnant, and we came home yesterday to a very hot house with no AC. Matt came out almost immediately and resolved the issue with our old fan motor and capacitor. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and fair. Matt went above and beyond to ensure my family had a safe and comfortable home with our ac now working wonderfully. Highly recommend Cranfield Services! Metro Plumbing told us our condensate pump was completely broken and quoted us $722 to replace it. We decided to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad we did. Matthew Cranfield came out the same day and quickly found the real issue. The pump was perfectly fine—the secondary fail-safe was shutting the system off because the drain lines were clogged. He saved us $722 by correctly diagnosing the problem instead of replacing a part that didn't need replacing. Honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Cranfield Services has officially earned our business!
