  • My Front door was molded from the bottom from the rain and in need of being fixed. I spoke with Everhome representative and my Front door and replacement was fixed better than before.   • My name is Sharon Carter. For the past year, I have been working with your company to have my floors properly installed or to file an insurance claim so the work can be corrected. Unfortunately, the City of Greenwood has refused to turn on the electricity to my house because Code Enforcement determined the floors were not installed correctly. My floors are sinking in multiple areas, and my cabinets are also sinking. Although an encapsulation system was installed under the house, the subfloor issues remain unresolved. According to our agreement, the contractor was supposed to replace all the subfloors in the house. However, in one room they only cut a hole and did not replace the subfloor. The flooring materials were also left sitting on the trailer for an extended period. I have spoken with Mr. Court multiple times, but he has been very difficult to work with. Since Mr. Kendrick visited the property, communication has deteriorated significantly. I was later told that Mr. Kendrick no longer works with the company. He was the only person who seemed genuinely willing to help resolve these issues. I first raised these concerns some time ago, but since then I have had great difficulty getting anyone to return my calls. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter so we can get the floors correctly installed and have the electricity restored to my home. The city came out a permit was not pulled up I’ll be contacting all the finance companies that they put me through they got me to sign out on the loan of The work I did not approve of and stated they will fix it, right
