MSS accurately assesed my HVAC needs and installed a new system in my home. The installers were professional and very friendly. They removed the old system and installed the new system in a day. The installers cleaned up all the installation debris, and answered all my questions. I was particularly impressed that one of the guys saw some detaching duct work that was not included on this job and I heard him quietly say under his breath "we always do every job right" and he fixed that other duct pipe that most people would have missed. It only took a minute, but that attention to detail is exactly the type of professional attribute that I appreciate. Great job on MSS for picking the right equipment for my home and the installers for being such professionals.

Two summers in a row on a blazing hot August day Chris and his team have come through for me! Last year it was a full A/C replacement this year it was an error on our end that caused the safety features that they implement to shut the unit off to avoid any damage to the facility. Called MSS to repair my gas fire place logs that haven’t worked in years properly. We had a large winter storm approaching so I asked if they could get it done before end of the week. They showed up same day, did a check on the existing system (which was bad), then located a set of logs in the city and returned back same day to replace the whole system! Excellent customer service for a great company! I recently had my A/C unit replaced as well and they did great work!
