• in conjunction with some plumbing repairs conducted by Bill Howe plumbing, we had our main drain line inspected by camera. the camera showed us some pretty concerning current and potential problems, so we contracted to have the main drain line rehabilitated using the Bill Howe CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) process. Sean ran the camera, put the project together, and then kicked it off. Jorge and his very competent team ran with it. they were on station for most of 6 days to descale and flush debris from approximately 100 feet of various pipelines throughout our home, and then to provide, custom build and install structural CIPP in the locations and areas identified previously. each day they were extremely respectful of and careful to protect our property around their work locations, and they always left the work sites in good condition at the end of the day. we were extremely satisfied with the results of their work, and with the attitudes and professionalism displayed by Jorge and his crew.

• Bill Howe came back in 2026 because I had a new plumbing issue and I knew they would be the best for the job. Alex R. and Connor went above and beyond and worked as a well oil machine, their team came here to completely reroute my laundry and kitchen drain pipes. Their professional work, patience with my questions and dedication to a job. Well done shows that Bill Howe hired professional people. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and was very effective as I now can you use my kitchen drain again And my old cast-iron lines that are underneath my foundation are no longer needed. As you can see below, I used them in 2020 for a job and I was happy then and I’m still happy and if I need them again, I will. They do have a job coming up later in the month for a full binding of my main drain pipe, I will update this again for that. After the kitchen drain was repaired we had the main drain pipes lined, by Tommy and Tommy and I am also impressed with their knowledge and service. They worked hard everyday and ensured that we had access to the plumbing and water at the end of each day. They were also very patient with my many questions. From 2020 - All of the techs and helpers who came to remove the roots and repair our sewer line were professional and very helpful. They explained any procedure that we didn't understand and showed us the progress. They are on my list for any future work that can be done by Bill Howe services!

• Bill Howe was listed as an authorized repair company for Rannai tankless water heaters. He said he wold not provide service because they did not install it. I believe he would not service it because it was a difficult diagnoses and he could not make a quick fix amd quick buck. Bill Howe should not be listed as a service provider for any tankless water heaters.
