BNR was great! They were very honest and straightforward and did not, in any way, try to upsell us at all. We had been severely over quoted by a different company so I called BNR. The guys were fantastic. I really appreciated them being up front with me and they worked with me to just get the repair I needed taken care of without getting a whole new system right now (which is what the other company tried to do). I would HIGHLY recommend giving BNR a call if you need service. They are great guys. Thanks!

Cannot stress enough how great these guys are! We had a nightmare HVAC technician that quoted us at 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to completely purchase and install new equipment. Chris came in and was able to fix the problem for under $500. They were prompt, respectful, communicated everything so clearly. I fully trust them. We will go with them for any problems, and I'll recommend them to every person I know!

BNR is a local company with employees that are Born N Raised (BNR) in Idaho. I needed a new AC system. They quoted a price and came in under that price. I had received several quotes from other companies for a 3 ton unit. BNR beat the lowest quoted price by over $3000. I then asked about installing a 3.5 ton unit. BNR was still over $1000 less than the other companies 3 ton prices. They are very friendly to work with and very responsive. They are very knowledgeable, did quality work and corrected some of the issues left by the original installer 14 years ago. I highly recommend them.

What a disaster! I asked these guys to replace my 30 year old air conditioner with something better before the prices go up, but they actually installed something much worse. The air conditioning is so weak that I had to install an additional window air conditioner just so I could sleep at night. Now, I have to worry if I’ll be able to sell my place someday with this poor quality unit in it. What a nightmare!

New AC install--can't recommend strongly enough. Nate was very professional, great communication, patient and nice, his team did fantastic work, and perhaps most importantly was HONEST. He even got me an AC upgrade by leveraging his relationship with the supplier, and on top of it was still nearly $1000 less than my other bid. And best of all, they came out a couple weeks later to fix a primary condensation line under the house that didn't even have anything to do with their work, FOR FREE! In short, you're simply not going to find better value in terms of price and quality. Save yourself the time and book BNR.
