  • I have been a customer of Capital City Heating & Cooling for about 5+ years and I will never use anyone else…ever. The service techs keep in contact before the appointment, are professional and on time! I have them perform a twice yearly start up and they have never, ever tried to upsell a service or component replacement. They also have a large selection of standard parts in their service vans. I had a capacitor go out on one of the hottest days of the years about 5 years ago and they were here within a few hours and got me running! This was actually my first experience with them and why I will always use there services and recommend them to everyone!

  • Charles is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my B vent and educated me about function and proper installation. He then proposed 2 solutions for my particular issue. The offer actually modified the "stance" of the vent and removed some roof decking to accommodate what they did. The vent is now not within code as regards clearance from combustible materials.

  • A/C went out on a Saturday, made a call and they came out within 30 minutes. Technician was very professional and was able to promptly diagnose and repair A/C. Talk about above and beyond especially for a holiday weekend. Pricing is competitive, but the customer service is what stands out the most. Can’t thank them enough.

  • I had several companies tell me my HVAC system had failed and was beyond repair. They gave me bids for a whole new system. Michael came out to give me a bid and offered to see if he could get the system running. He found a minor electrical problem in the circuit supplying power and fixed it, for FREE! I don't have to replace the system, saving me thousands, but when I do I know who I'll be using!
