  • I've always depended on TML I've been a customer of theirs for years. My service person did not show up today and I called the office and their phone was shut off. Could someone have let me know? I'm on one of their contracts for continuous service. Does anybody know who I should talk to about this?

  • Ultimately ended in unethical behavior. I have been a loyal TML customer for a decade or more. They've been great. I have been part of their subscription plan -- $15 / month, they come to my house twice a year to service my AC or Furnace. In November, I scheduled them for Dec. 19th. On that Monday, Dec. 15th, I received the following text message: "Good morning, we apologize for the inconvenience but your upcoming appointment has been cancelled. TML Service Experts is discontinuing its residential service operations. Your membership has been cancelled. Thank you for your valued business!" I was able to dig up a phone number that went to their call center. I learned that they discontinued this service as of Dec. 1, but still charged my card on Dec. 4 (that took me four phone calls and a couple hours). They refunded me that money, but refused to let me talk to anyone else about a larger refund. (They told me nobody was available because the program was closed.) I dug up the service contract. As far as I can tell, it falls under the jurisdiction of Texas, which requires more notice than the negative notice they provided me (and probably a bunch of others). Furthermore, they charged me all year for a subscription they didn't fulfill. I consider this behavior highly unethical and likely illegal. TML -- come on. You have to scam customers out of their subscription money? The best you could do was a text message, cancelling the week of service -- no heads up email, no office to handle questions and complaints? If you see this, I'd very much like a refund for half the year of my subscription, since I only received service for half the agreed to appointments.

  • We had a failed exhaust fan and their service manager came in to give us a bid on rebuilding the system. Almost 2 months later I have received no communication from them. I have called their office 5 times, I do have to say that the receptionist was very apologetic that no one was returning my calls and each time I called she assured me that someone would be in contact with me shortly. I have yet to receive a call back. If you don't want to do the job that's fine but at least have the professional courtesy to let me know that rather than just ignore me. I will be taking my business else where.

  • Kim Alfaro was excellent in her maintenance service. She took the time to explain everything very thorough. I would highly recommend her to come do your AC / furnace.
