had an issue with drain in kitchen not flowing. Called them to come out. Ryan was very professional and had it cleared in 10 minutes. I also am having them come back to fix a leaking valve on my washer connection. They are going to camra my main line to see the condition. The house ie 50yrs old. We had the pleasure of having Jake B come out. We ran into an issue installing our dishwasher through another company. We were advised to call a plumber. We called and got connected with Jake. He was very friendly to all of us and patient with my kids and I. He noticed some other issues, which unknowing to him at the time, others have come out and did not want to mess with. He not only pointed out the issues but was excited to tackle the project. He did everything we asked with such professionalism and knowledge. He is now our go to guy and there are some funky wiring and pipes that happened in this house dur to a previous owner. I 100% will be calling him out for any issues we have going on in the future. Update: Harley, Doug and Evan were right on time and made the whole process easy. Great experience with Wickstrom! I've owned my home now for almost 4 yrs and I've had a lot of repairs and services completed with Wickstrom. A big shout out to Todd McAdoo and Austin Miller. Todd I believe replaced two of my toilets and three faucets and they are absolutely wonderful and work perfectly! I love that I have a lifetime warranty on these things. As for Austin, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job and it appears I'm going to eventually need a new A/C unit and furnace. Wonderful. Totally being sarcastic here. Either way, I know he will do the job correctly when it comes to that. Even though I'm not too thrilled with the prices of things, Wickstrom really does try to work with you so that it's as painless as possible. Long time customer. Thanks everyone for your hard work and dedication!!!!!!

Ryan A. did a thorough job looking at my shower drainage. He was able to quickly fix them problem and proceeded to make sure no other areas in the house were backed up. He also showed me that if this happens again, that I can see where the problem comes from. Blake did great by looking through the house to see why I have a sewer smell in my bathroom sink and washer machine. He then saw that my HVAC was unhooked in my crawl space and so Austin and Caylee came out to fix that and they did a great job. Still highly recommend this company. They have done so much for me and I appreciate them all so much! Jason and Ben came to look at my HVAC that they helped put together when it was broken and they made sure everything looked great for the winter and they really gave me all of the information I needed. I’m really happy with Wickstrom always
