  • 9/29/26 Payton completed a thorough job of cleaning the entire HVaC and ducting system; definitely recommend getting this done. House feels better and less dust. 3/17/25 Mr.Allred serviced by AC and found some minor issues that he fixed immediately. He cleaned the registers and all round did an excellent job. Extremely friendly and professional. I really am glad I have the annual membership with this company; keeps me from worrying about HVAC issues. Extremely Professional service. Mr. Noah was transparent with the service not adding additional items that weren’t required. Will continue to work with Ashley Heating and AC

  • I was very pleased overall. Andrew has been doing this for 24 years and it shows. He was very thorough and could answer any questions in detail. We had a lot of work done but he finished really fast. He said it’s because he “has done it a time or two”. Haha It was our first time using them and we will continue to use them as our go-to hvac company. You won’t go wrong with them. We also spoke to Shane, the manager, with questions and he was also very thorough.

  • We live in a manufactured home, so finding an HVAC company that knows how to work on these systems can be a nightmare. Ashley Heating & Air initially came out in May 2025 for a coolant leak. Unfortunately, the technician (Eric B.) didn’t fully charge the system, which led to another A/C issue the following summer. That’s when Colton came out, & he was fantastic. He quickly identified the problem, & Ashley took responsibility for the previous mistake & corrected it without charging us for the additional work. When we had what seemed to be the same issue 4 months later, they performed a dye test to check for leaks (which came back negative) & determined our TXV needed to be replaced. Mistakes happen, but what impressed us was that Ashley owned theirs & made it right. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, & clearly knew his stuff. We’ll absolutely continue using Ashley Heating & Air for our HVAC needs & would recommend them solely based off their business practices & price points.
