We're a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer providing heating and cooling installation, repair, and maintenance, plus gas fireplaces, geothermal, indoor air quality, and water heaters. 2026 marks our 50th year, and we're still independent while many local businesses sell to outside equity groups. Jose from Quality Heating & Cooling came out to service our gas fireplace. It's as old as the house built in 1997. Very thorough service beyond some disassembly and cleaning the entire unit. He made the sure the safety mechanisms were working for the electronic gas valve including the correct voltages, and inspected the flue and the fan as well. He also checked for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Jose took a few minutes to show us how to access the internals of the unit and explained the operation as well. This is a local family owned business and I will likely be a repeat customer for HVAC needs.
