• Set 3 appointments. No one showed up to either. Imagine setting your whole day around an appointment time that they give you. No call , or no show. Think twice before you give up your hard earned money. I have another appointment tomorrow. If they don’t show up this time. It will definitely not be a good day to read my review from them. As of now. 10-5-1”2026. I am very unsatisfied with this company. Buyers beware.

• Had a great experience on the removal and install of my unit but therr must not be any money in anything after that for this company. I have called and set up annual service appt but no one bothered to call or show up. Several emails sent to see if I can get something scheduled but no one ever bothers to respond. Piss poor customer service after the sale. Use another company would be my advice. I dont even want to know how much I really should have paid for this new unit, at this point, I am questioning everything now.

• My unit is new but was installed incorrectly.It is making a lot of noise. The service guy found a black plastic bag around the condenser.He stated the fan outside and the condenser was not anchored well and needed the installers to come and correct it. The person who answered the phone stated that a technician will come and correct the installation.Three days passed and no one was appeared.They are refusing to answer the phones.

• What can i say.. The A/C went out in my very busy business. I called Boost at 8:30AM, they had a tech onsite within an hour. The tech did his testing/diagnosis within 20 minutes. I unfortunately needed an entire system, compressor, air handler , everything. Within an hour of the diagnosis Lance was at my shop with an estimate, financing options, super easy. By 2:00 installation began. By 8PM we had a totally new system. This morning it was so cold ... everyone is wearing jackets. I am in the service industry myself and have high standards for customer support. These guys get an A+ from me.
