• Scott and his team replaced our A/C unit and air handler. They were methodical, efficient, and did a great job. I also learned a lot from Scott about A/C systems throughout the process. He took care of installing a new thermostat, which initially wasn’t working properly, but he made sure it was running as it should. Additionally, Scott kindly leveled our second condenser—something we hadn’t even discussed—but he did it courteously without hesitation. It’s clear that Scott truly enjoys what he does. • I really wanted to like Scott. He's not a bad guy, but from my experience I cannot recommend him. I had him install a tankless water boiler and heater combination unit 2 years ago. From there the problems began. My old tankless water boiler used a regular PVC pipe, and a Schedule 80 (grey PVC) is supposed to be used due to the hotter temperature the new Navien produces. I tell him to find a day and he can cut a hole in the ceiling so he can access the piping and remove the old pipe and put in the Schedule 80. He's totally unresponsive via phone. His voicemail (and he says in person) says to text him, so I text him. No response via text. Eventually with calling and calling after months I get to him and he says that he's traveling and to contact him in a week. I call in a week and it's the same story, always busy with something. I get that people are busy, but pick a day months from now and commit to it so we can get this done. Eventually he does respond and says that it's fine how it is, and that he will be conducting regular maintenance to check on it and if something is wrong he'll replace it then. Fair enough. He seemed like a nice guy. Summer rolls around and it's the same story, I contact him and he says he's traveling. I call once a month: May, June, July, August, traveling, really? Eventually in October I'm able to get to him and he says he's busy with emergency heating issues and to contact him later. Same deal in November. December rolls around and, you guessed it, he's "away" again. Tells me to contact him after the new year. I do eventually get to him and we settle on a date, which is today - great. No show, no responding to calls, nothing. After two years of playing these games I'm going with another company to do the maintenance. I can't speak with other people's experience, but for me, don't expect any support from this guy if he ever does anything for you.
