Daniel and Asher did a great job repairing a major leak under my foundation of my house. They worked hard to get the plumbing to the bathtub repaired with new water lines and installed a new shower valve! They also did great installing a new hot water heater quickly! They also addressed other major issues promptly.

Nathan came to the house and diagnosed the problem! Super nice young man, knowledgeable and courteous! It being after hours I was expecting a much larger bill, but the charges were reasonable with the time he was here! I won’t ever call anyone else!

As a property Manager and business owner I’ve worked with BTAC over the span of 11 years at this particular location and longer when I was at the hotels. From new construction to install to service and preventative maintenance, I am confident to say they are AMAZING at what they do. The level of expertise, attention to details and commitment to good customer service is what we have come to expect and it’s what we always receive from their team and the Benitez family. We appreciate their hard work and service over the years. Thank yall for taking care of our historic downtown building and keeping our tenants and customers happy.

Jeff Davis and Kadence Gantz came out to my home and did a fantastic job! We had two plumbers come out before them and these two came out and knew what our problem was. They made sure to explain things to me in a way that I would understand and cleaned up everything when they were done! They worked really hard in this 100+ heat! No doubt I know who to call for the future!

The first guy that came to my house due to a very troublesome clog in my bathroom. He stayed here 2 hours doing everything he could to fix the problem. After the first man couldn’t get it unclogged which I didn’t get his name but he put in a lot of effort. Then they sent Isaiah to my house he to worked very hard to get that stubborn clog out. He was determined and smart. He came here went at it a few different times and finally got that stubborn clog. These guys do a great job. Highly recommended.

Carlos Garcia came out and troubleshot my system and identified that my blower motor was bad. I had initially hired two other companies and was shocked that those two other companies did not carry electrical testing equipment. As soon as I told Carlos the issue, he immediately grabbed his multimeter and diagnosed that all power and signals were going in and out of the control board. All in just a couple of hours he had my unit back up and running. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend the way this company and their HVAC technicians diagnose, troubleshoot and fix the units.

I was dealing with another HVAC company when I felt like I was getting the runaround for 3 days on a call back or even getting a diagnosis and I understand during this heat wave all refrigeration company must be slammed with calls but this HVAC company that installed it 5 years ago that gave me a 10 year warranty couldn’t even tell me when they can make it by. So a friend hooked me up with BTAC and I received same day response and diagnosis and on top of that they repaired it the same day!! Please look no further for a HVAC Company These are your guys!!

Horrible company. Absolute rip off. Will clean a filter and charge you $60 for their “trip fee” and then another $200 for the lack of service performed. Way too expensive and not worth your time or money. Call anyone but them or get on CHAT GPT and learn how to do it yourself before calling BTAC!

In 2021 BTAC installed new outdoor and Indoor units in my home. Fast forward ~5 years and the compressor on the outdoor unit failed. I called BTAC to troubleshoot and repair the issue. Initial service call confirmed the compressor failure. I was told the part was under warranty, but not in stock, and the cost would be labor + ancillary costs. To my surprise labor + ancillary was over $2,000 (Including $600+ for refrigerant and ~$200 to ship the out of stock part from Bryan-College Station per the BTAC billing department). Shortly after the compressor was replaced, I noticed that the condensation drain line on the indoor unit was damaged by either the repair technician or the troubleshooting technician (unsure of the timing as the were close together). I, again, called BTAC out to repair the line that they damaged. BTAC charged me a $60 truck roll fee to repair the condensation line. When I pointed out evidence that indicated they cause the damage they 1. Contacted the technicians that did the troubleshooting call and the repair call (both denied damaging the line) and 2. Called the unit (that BTAC sold me) “garbage”. Post compressor repair, I noticed the AC was not cooling like it had pre compressor failure. I contacted another HVAC company to diagnose the issue. The result, low refrigerant. Bruce Thornton Air Conditioning should be avoided if possible.

Absolutely horrible work in a senior living community! There were holes already cut in the wall to make the necessary repairs. After a week, they came in to make the repairs and cut another hole crooked and took all the pieces they cut in the hallway and in the unit with them, which makes repairing the hole more difficult and takes longer. They dropped the hatch in the ceiling and cut into the wall without asking if anyone had allergies..or are asthmatic, which I am. I was trying to have conversations with law enforcement and others and they had NO consideration! Arrived without any notice to set a time. Furthermore, there was a BRAND NEW TOILET SEAT COVER put on two days prior. The worked needing done was above the toilet and in the shower so —- the bright idea of the day —— the worker decided to stand on top of it in his work boots…. And DID NOT TAKE 2 MINUTES TO COVER THE SEAT… so it got ALL SCRATCHED UP! Lastly, they did NOT CLEAN UP ANYTHING AND LEFT A MESS - water on the toilet seat - not wiped off…. Debris everywhere and big holes in the wall in the bathroom and in the hallway outside my unit 338. No consideration for the human being in the unit and their time and how they were going to clean up a huge mess and replace a brand new item! I would recommend checking elsewhere! The marks and wetness are difficult to see but I marked all the black chips and marks that won’t come off just because something couldn’t be lied over it 😡.

Great experience! Called 3 companies before BTAC and they all told me it would be a couple of days. I called BTAC and they were here within the hour. Jeremy came out to look at our AC unit and was extremely professional. I admitted I knew nothing about HVAC units and he made sure to let me know step by step what was going on and what to look for in the future. Wonderful experience. They will always be my first call now.

Jeff Davis went above and beyond to repair an issue with the hot water heater in our outbuilidng. He worked with his excellent supervisor George to make sure the problem was correctly resolved and took the time to explain what was done in a way that we could follow as the customer. Great job!
