• Stay away from this business for plumbing issues. Highway robbery. I literally had a similar job done by them a few years back for $245 so naturally when I needed this again I called a few days ago and they charged me $625 for same job with an additional shower leak(minor) and their tech took hours to complete and has to have another come bring parts and assist then as leaving toilet still not right and had to come waste more time to fix and blamed it on a cracked overflow pipe. I call bs on that as I had replace all that hardware before them coming out. To make matters worse when my wife called to get explanation for charges they did not provide and claimed their system doesn’t do that. I called today and advised they would have to get info and call me back. Literally hours later I get a call back stating they should have charged me more for all they did. I call bs on this too and advised them that I will never use them again. They should be embarrassed to say they do plumbing work. Hell avoid at all cost. Find an uncle or use another plumber. Smdh

• I was referred to Duncan Heating and Air from the Carrier warranty representative. The associate took my information, called me back within 10 minutes, and dispatched an A/C tech to visit my home between 2PM and 2:30PM. Steven showed up precisely at 2:00PM. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. His expertise with Carrier A/C systems is extensive, and he was able to explain every issue with my HVAC unit in layman's terms. He also provided multiple, accessible options based on his diagnosis. I am blessed that he was my A/C service man today. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

• I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. • We called after midnight on Friday night. The person answering the phone took down the details and said a tech would be out in the morning. At about 6:45am I received a call verifying that we still wanted service. I told them that we did. The tech arrived at about 7:25am. Steven knows his stuff - down to what year the outside air conditioning unit was installed. He diagnosed the problem, changed out the part, added a little coolant, did the paperwork and was done by 7:45am. It wasn’t what I would call “cheap” - but I do think I paid a fair price for service that quick and competent. It’s now 8:15am and my house is back to its normal temperature.

• I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! • They were very prompt in getting to my leak in my foundation of my home. They traced and found the leak in my cement slab. The repair men were very conscientious about minimalizing mess and destruction when breaking through the cement to get to the leak. They took steps to avoid damage to baseboards and sheet rock even though those barriers made the repair more challenging. They cleaned up any mess/dirt afterwards.
