I would definitely recommend On the Double for air conditioning problems. They answered my call at 6:45 AM on a Saturday and soon had a very polite and knowledgeable service person at my home. He quickly had the problem diagnosed and the system up and running again. We were so relieved as it was forecasted to be a very hot day.

He was the epitome of professionalism and integrity as he explained to us and helped us figure out what our HVAC problem was and the best way to solve it. He walked us through, step by step the entire process and we must say, in a way that showed exceptional customer service. Nate Garcia was superb while installing our new HVAC system and over and over again made sure we were aware of how the new system worked and what we could expect in the next few weeks as their team would come back to tweak the system to our needs. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was with On The Double and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and again . Highly recommend especially if you want to be taken care of right during what is a most stressful experience when your HVAC system goes out. Go see them as soon as you need to to get the job done right and fast by people who truly care!
