Excellent customer service. We have one of those home warranty plans that, while we have benefited from it, is always a little difficult. The owner, Neal, worked with our insurance so well that the insurance company’s representative said that he did an amazing job explaining the needs. He’s very honest having even talked me down from some upgrades that I thought I needed. He was able to explain in layman’s terms why I’d be better off in the long run. They have an amazing team!

My home warranty company assigned Turner & Witt for a service call on my AirBnB. It was my first experience with T&W. Taylor was my technician. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to trouble shoot until the issue was PROPERLY identified. I appreciate that he was not trying to just change out parts "just to see" at my expense. We have had an extremely hot summer and bad reviews could be detrimental to our business. Very pleased with our experience and would strongly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.
