• We had this company replace our air-conditioning unit, increase its size from a 4 ton to a 5 ton, and move it around the corner of our house. Unfortunately, the brand new unit doesn’t keep up, and the electrical line was run across the house about halfway up the exterior wall instead of down along the ground. Very lazy and sloppy on the electricians part especially since all the other lines were run across the ground. We’ve called three times asking to have the electrical line relocated. Each time, we’re told they will speak with their electrician and get back to us, but we never hear back. Sadly I think if they relocate the electric and do it correctly there will now be holes in our brick once the screws are removed. They did send a technician to check why the AC wasn’t keeping up. After checking everything and adding refrigerant, he said they would follow up within a week, but that never happened either. Even now on these cooler days, in the afternoon our home is still getting 2 degrees (this is better that the 5/6 degrees in the summer) above what we have it set at. The unit just runs and runs and runs until the home naturally cools off at night.

• Had a bit of confusion with my warranty company but Melanie was an absolute boss when it came to handling any and all questions, including what I did and did not need to do with the warranty company. Extremely professional with the personal touch of being real and honest with me. Speed and correctness of their service was also impressive, the tech that came to do the initial inspection, along with the techs that came out with the new equipment were also very efficient and knowledgeable. • !!!!!WORTH THE READ!!!!!! Had issue with freezing pipes. Had tech come out and spent more than a hour at the house and needed up saying we would basically need a whole new indoor system. Got a second opinion from another tech form another business and he figured out it was a 10 dollar fix in 5 min. Spoke to employees at the office and had a little bit of transparency issue with them. Also make sure you check your warranty. They made it very difficult to understand and didn’t mind to keep me in the loop about my warranty changing and going out sooner than I expected. Would not recommend them. Seems like they need to revisit customer service and ensure their techs are trained to actually fix the small and easy issues instead of just trying to sell units. • AHS assigned this company to fix our AC in 2025. It was low on refrigerant, and they suspected maybe a slow leak. The only solution was $2.7k fix(replace coils) or replace the whole system for $12k. We went the rest of the summer and most of this summer thinking the only way to fix our AC was to spend 2.7K to 12K. We finally called another company that came out, re-charged our AC for 300.00 and now our AC is working perfectly. It has been working perfectly for months now. We went all this time suffering in the heat because this company wanted to up sale us instead of fix the problem. Should have got a second opinion sooner, instead I trusting this company.

• Disappointing. We paid for an A/C tune up through our home warranty company. Service tech came and stayed maybe 11 minutes. Not even long enough to check anything as he spent about 5 minutes at his truck. I called the office and told asked her what it included, she said he should have washed the outside condenser. He definitely didn’t do that. She said she’d send him back but at that point I’ve lost your trust and I called back ans told her don’t bother. Waste of time and money.

• *UPDATED* Our home warranty usually send them out when we need repairs. They have always done a great job. But today (3/17) I was scheduled for a A/C check for the upcoming summer weather. They called AT THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME to say they couldn't make it. This appt has been on the books for weeks. I had to cancel the entire appt because they couldn't come when we would be home. I understand that things come up, but to call at the appt time to reschedule is not acceptable. My time is limited and i took off work to accommodate this appt.
