• Our builder used CMAC to install two new furnaces, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were ongoing installation issues, including compatibility problems with our existing air conditioning system. Getting someone to respond was incredibly difficult. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issues, they repeatedly tried to blame other parts of the system for the equipment not functioning properly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend CMAC. They may have had a good reputation in the past, but that certainly wasn't reflected in the level of service and accountability we received.

From the start, Mark was incredibly thorough - he walked me through all my options, answered every question, and offered hands-down the best pricing out of the three quotes i received. He also managed to schedule the installation right away, which was a huge plus. His team, Dylan and Bess, arrived on time and delivered top-notch workmanship. Not only did they install the furnace flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by correcting a poorly installed HRV system left by the original builder and adding extra piping for our humidifier - at no additional cost. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right was impressive. What really stood out was their kindness and professionalism. Both technicians were incredibly friendly and even took the time to engage with my toddler, which made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. • Disappointed with CMAC's Service I hired CMAC to address a water leak in my AC unit and expected a thorough diagnosis. While the technician did investigate the leak and attributed it to freezing coils, they stopped there. They tested the drain pan and cleaned the coils, but never checked the outside unit or used AC gauges to properly assess the issue. To make matters worse, I was charged $511 for this incomplete visit, and they wanted to charge an additional $300 just to return and "confirm" the problem—which is what I thought the initial service call was for. We called another company and they only charged $110 for their service and diagnosis. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of a thorough diagnosis and the excessive charges. I do not recommend their services.
