Can I give no stars? The tech, Steve, came out and he was great! He was professional, friendly, and he walked me through everything he was looking at! Phenomenal! Then his supervisor came to my house and quoted me the cost to fix/ replace equipment. I was ready to pay that price (which seemed rather steep) just to get everything done and over with. Then, nothing. No emails, no calls, no returning my calls or emails. It's been over a month and still nothing! So I went with someone else. I'm the one making the purchase here, I'm not going to beg you to take my money.

I had Capital to my house to do a tuneup on my furnace. The tech spent a lot of time running tests and calibrations, much longer than other HVAC companies I’ve had service my furnace in the past. During their inspection, they noticed that my static flow rate was very low. Arron came up with a solution and the techs did a great job fixing my issue. Now my furnace can breathe again. A+++

Very well spoken very transparent and he was able to communicate with me in ways that I could understand to explain the hvac system and the things that were going on with my particular system. I was also able to talk to Arron another troubleshooting salesman and he also was very professional and communicated very well and the one fact I liked about both of these men is that they look you right in the eye when they talk to you. Capital is not the company to go with!! Scare tactics to replace your furnace and duct work!! This is the second time Capital has been to my home. The first time was for an C/A unit replacement quote. I didn’t go with them they wanted to replace air ducts along with the ac unit. The second time on 9/29/2026 was for a “fall tuneup” special and was told my furnace was not safe to run high carbon monoxide readings. We’ll give you a good price on a new furnace. The service guy was also a sales guy. I called a reputable company I’ve done business with in the past and who also installed my C/A unit did not see any numbers from testing my furnace that capital found when they did the test!!!! Heat exchanger is also good!! Needless to say I will not recommend Capital to anyone I know and anyone else thinking about using theses guys beware!!!!
