  • I used Custom Home Heating & Air for a few years as a homeowner. They handled yearly maintenance for my A/C, Furnace, and air handler. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would, and answered all my questions. The guy who came out most of the time struck up a friendship with one of my cats. Never had any real problems and was always happy with the service. When there were issues, they listened to me respectfully, handled the situation correctly without me having to even ask, and were prompt about resolution. I only stopped using them because I sold my house & moved - but the new owners started a new service contract with them. Very happy to have been able to recommend them and would to any one in the area.

  • Tuesday morning we found our heating system wasn't working properly. I called Custom Home Heating, who had installed the system a few years ago. After listening to my situation, they found a way to have a tech fit us in that afternoon. The man arrived on time, worked quickly and politely and was done with in an hour after a minor repair. The charge was reasonable the system is woking fine. Good thing --- Tuesday night Fall arrived in earnest. I had a similar experience with Custom when they installed the system.   • We came up from Florida the second day in our home the air conditioner quit working, it was 43 years old, made a couple of calls and Tony was able to make it out the next day. While others couldn’t make it out for a few days. Tony gave me a quote the same day at a very reasonable price, within 2 days Tony was installing a new air conditioner with help from Sam his employee within 3 hours the air was up and running. Very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Custom Home and Heating Inc.
