Thanks to local support and our commitment to excellence, we’ve been able to expand our service area to offer HVAC expertise across most of the Central Valley. • Recently, my AC unit was causing condensation to leak into an area that it shouldn't be. This was caught early because of our scheduled inspection. The leak was fixed within the same day! The professionals helping me were incredibly respectful, patient, and kind. The technician worked with me to ensure that the fix would be within my budget and still resolve the problem. I especially want to thank Christian Ruiz! He has always ensured that my heating and AC are safe. He has even gone above and beyond by showing me where the gas lines were, checking to make sure the ones not being used are off, and teaching me about potential fire hazards with my washer and dryer and how to avoid potential issues. He also taught me how to maintain my water heater so I can help it last longer. I sleep better knowing that I can always call Cencal with any issue regarding my heating and air. I find them very honest. Update It’s been two years and very happy with the choice to have Cencal install our HVAC system. Works great. Seasonal check by a Cencal employee is a great service.-2026 2024-After meeting with Brandon, the sales representative for Cencal, we decided to install a new HVAC system as ours was over 30 years old. We decided to install all electric and so far it’s been running just fine with no problems. They will come out twice this year for routine maintenance check at no charge. The installers Zach and Sean were very efficient. You couldn’t tell they had been here with no mess to clean up. Brandon, Zack and Sean were all very courteous. It was a full day of work for them. I will update later if there’s any problems with the unit it is a Bosch Seer 18, so far our home is keeping cool and the Ecobee thermostat works just fine especially with the app on my phone.

• At the time of this reviewv CenCal Mechanical A/C has received 734 reviews with an astonishing rating of 4.9 which speaks volumes in itself. Now I know why. We've had a few issues with our A/C unit over the past few years & nearly all of the service techs were either rude, in a hurry, or untruthful in their findings, flat out lying trying to sell a new $14K unit. This time our A/C kept popping the breaker during this heatwave when all A/C service companies are backlogged. I contacted CenCal and they immediately sent out a service tech who was bar-none the most cautious, respectful and professional service tech I've ever encountered. Ethan explained the process and kept me informed with all findings and cost of repairs. He took his time as he throughly inspected the unit, found the problem, repaired it and completed extra cleaning of the A/C unit at no extra charge. The total amount for parts & labor was actually less than I anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend CenCal Mechanical to anyone in need of A/C services who are quick to respond, very trustworthy, great pricing and with very polite employees. The easiest 5 Stars I've ever given.
