"I can't recommend hvac penguin ( Eric ) enough! Finding an HVAC tech who is both incredibly skilled and truly honest is rare. When my AC stopped working, it could have easily turned into a multi-thousand-dollar system replacement or a major compressor job. Eric evaluated the unit, demonstrated his deep expertise in AC systems, and went above and beyond by rebuilding the compressor right then and there. He had the whole job finished in under two hours, saving me an incredible amount of money. Efficient, super knowledgeable, and completely fair—Eric is now my go-to for any HVAC needs!"

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days and I called HVAC Penguin. They were able to get someone out pretty quick and got the AC back up and running the same day. Really appreciated that they actually took the time to show me what went wrong and what they fixed. No pressure or trying to sell me a whole new system which has happened to us before. Highly recommend Eric from HVAC Penguin. I called one day and he was able to come out the very next morning. He took the time to actually look over the entire system instead of just doing a quick fix. We had other contractors come out before who basically added Freon and left, but the cooling problem kept coming back. Eric checked everything thoroughly, found the actual cause of the problem, and explained clearly what was going on. What I appreciated most is that Eric is very straightforward and honest. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no trying to add unnecessary work. He focused only on what actually needed to be fixed. It’s hard to find someone who takes the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just treating the symptom. I contacted HVAC Penguin to get a quote for one of my properties in Ceres, and I had a great experience with Eric.
