  • The person driving this van (#32) nearly hit a child getting off a school bus today as they didn't obey traffic laws with the stop sign and flashing lights. Be better!!

  • We got our geo-thermal unit from Chill Air in 2013. It stopped on a Friday and they could not service us quickly. I called another company that arrived in hours but DID not thoroughly examine just in 10 minutes wanted to sell us a 7 to 10 thousand dollar new unit. When I spoke to Shaun at Chill Air about this he stated he was certain this was not needing replacement. Chill Air technician checked, replaced the capacitor on the starter motor and within an hour on the Monday and all is well for $200.00. Honest company, good product, excellent service.

  • I’ve worked with Chill-air for years now. In all of the hundreds of problems my business has encountered, there hasn’t been one they couldn’t help with. They’ve helped me with emergency call outs, general maintenance and even money saving suggestions.

  • Absolutely fantastic service by this company and staff. My 90-year-old grandmother was very stressed and uncomfortable in the middle of a heat wave in the summertime, They were extremely busy That time of year, and still made sure to see her the day that I called, and one specific gentleman made sure that he rushed over to her home and that her air conditioning was fixed properly, so she didn’t have to Suffer in the heat. I cannot thank this company enough for what they did for my grandmother. Thank you Chill Air 🙌🏼

  • Amazing company to deal with. Very professional, punctual and time efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking! I’ve dealt with companies that like to cut corners in the past and not do the best work, but these guys only know how to do the BEST!

  • My husband and I recently purchased an air conditioning unit from Chill Air. Installation was timely, everything went smoothly and they were quick to respond to all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend for all of your HVAC needs!

  • I was assaulted by the captain of the Chill Air Polar Bears ice hockey team during an Adult Safe Hockey League game. I would suggest sponsoring a different team that will represent your company better.

  • I had a walk-in freezer built by Chill-Air. They installed inadequate lights that were not designed for that freezer in order to save money after constant failure of the lights filling up with water and freezing the lights no longer worked properly and in response the Chill-Air owners excuse for installing inadequate lights was that I do not get my equipment maintained by his company, and this is why he will not stand behind the wrong lights that were installed. I do not recommend him at all he could care less after taking your money.

  • We had a two-head, split unit AC/Heating unit installed in my bookstore within the past two years. We were SO excited to be able to control our own climate within our office for the first time, and to augment our existing air conditioning unit in our large bookstore. With rising temperatures we needed that added assistance, as our building was beginning to get quite warm in the summer months. The installation went smoothly, and at first, our units worked very well. We noticed a tad of fogging/condensation the first year and a couple of water droplets, and called in for a follow-up. The problem worsened significantly this summer, and we called for a servicing. We paid a large bill for that maintenance early this summer, but the problem remained untouched/unsolved. I now have drywall that is so soaked with water that it is beginning to soften. Our laminate flooring is beginning to warp because of the drips that are coming off of the unit. The unit that is inside the main body of my store is no longer performing properly. The owner came by to examine the problem, but after a quick tip to 'run the dehumidifier function' (which we do whenever the unit becomes too moist) I have not heard back. I have emailed, and have now left a message with reception. I've asked for a reasonable solution, whether it's replacing the units at a heavily discounted rate, or servicing the unit so that it's not destroying our property, and is performing properly. For a $12,000+ installation cost, I definitely expect more professional handling of this issue. We are a small business, and these investments for us are significant. It's imperative that concerns are addressed professionally and promptly - simply taking money for an installation and then abandoning your clients when there are issues does not speak to the integrity of a company. This review is a chance for the company to take this issue seriously before I take them to Small Claims Court. It's my hope that they understand that Chilliwack is not a large city, and that reputations are built on honestly, trust and standing by the products that you sell your clients. I would like to offer them the opportunity to read this review, take my concerns seriously, and find a viable solution to this ongoing issue. Hoping that I can take this review down/edit it to show their commitment to excellence with their work, and client relations, but at this point I would strongly urge other businesses looking for AC/Heating needs to look elsewhere, as thus far I have not witnessed the professionalism that I expected from such an established Chilliwack name.

  • Tech of Chill Air welded (joined) the pipe in front of Filter cabinet which is preventing me to replace the filter. When brought to their attention they were totally unreasonable and/or ignorant. I offered to pay to fix the problem and they still refuse to fix. Pathetic!!!

  • Tried to use them made an appointment, not only they not show up BUT WE HAD TO CALL THEM at our 8:00 AM scheduled time and ask why they didn't show up The response was they had some 'emergencies'. The receptionist did not inquire whether our situation was urgent. We called the office again at noon to get get an update again no response. Waited until 5PM and called the office again receptionist still would not let let us know When to expect service. At no time did Chille-Air initiate contact with us despite our repeated attempts talk with them Terrible customer service

  • I've had work done by this company several times over the years and once again they have exceeded my expectations. My hot-water heater exploded so I shut off the water and gas to it and dropped into Chill-air the next morning. The ladies at the desk told me that they were booked up but that if the tech had any time that they would try to get a look at it. I didn't expect anything to happen but later that afternoon the tech came out, removed the old hot water heater and got a new one into the house ready for installation the next day (there was some plumbing and gas-line upgrading that he needed to get parts for). The next day he showed up early before I left for work, then actually came by my workplace to return the house-key and settle the bill! That's real service. As usual, the cost was as quoted and the work was top-notch. I highly recommend this company !

  • In May we requested a service call. They committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. In June we requested the service call again. Again, they committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. In July we requested the service call for the third time. They committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. When we called for the fourth time to request an explanation, we were told that the owner had shuffled us out of the schedule on three occasions to give other customers priority service. Basic business 101… keep your commitments. If your busy, set an appointment for a month out, but keep the appointment. This a very poorly run business, with no priority on customer service, and apparently the owner is the core of the problem. And the irony is we have been a loyal customer of Chill-Air for well over a decade. Under the current ownership we have watched the customer service deteriorate to this dismal place. In the last call we were told they were too busy to help us, were unwilling to make another appointment, and that we should call someone else. WISH GRANTED. GOODBYE CHILL-AIR.

  • Top notch service. After 6, yes 6 service calls from another company the Chill Air tech had it diagnosed In 20 mins and fixed not long after. Stick with the best. Call Chill Air!

  • A special thank you to the team at Chill-air. This summer was HOT, and our old heating/cooling system packed it in. Victor was able to source us a new rooftop unit for the building and get it installed quickly. He pulled all the trades together to ensure the roof was prepped and the electrical was sufficient. A couple months later, system runs great and I don't worry about it anymore. Always recommend, thanks all!

  • Disappointed in ChillAir. We have used them in the past but recently they won't schedule anything to service or replace our geothermal furnace. We have gone elsewhere now. Strange way to run a business.

  • Great service. Tech came out to see what was going on, he went above and beyond. Very impressed with how fast they were able to fix our issue!

  • A professional crew of quality guys!

  • Just witnessed an employee of this company acting very unprofessionally while at a fuel stop. Littering garbage when a garbage can was within 2 feet. Just remember when you’re in a company vehicle and not at a job site you’re still representing the company. Very nice.
