• Many thanks to Shawn and Brent for resolving my recent hot water crisis, at a very reasonable price - much appreciated. Class A also provided prompt and efficient service on my heat pump and heat recovery ventilation system during the summer. I recommend them and will call them for any HVAC issues I have in the future, including annual servicing of equipment. Multiple service calls were needed to address hybrid hot water tank issues due to Rheem equipment faults (parts covered by warranty, labour not). Class A service continues to be great, thank you!

• Omg, where to start. My husband and I hired a company (not this one) for our annual furnace and fireplace maintenance and cleaning. During the fireplace service, the technician nearly left us with a non-functioning fireplace because he couldn’t figure out how to reconnect the wiring. He repeatedly told us that our fireplace was broken, even though it had been working perfectly beforehand. About an hour later, he admitted he was “just having a long day” and had forgotten to reconnect part of the wiring. Later that day, we had painters at our house with several large fans running, so we didn’t immediately notice that our air conditioner had stopped working. By the time we realized, it was nearly 30°C inside the house. We contacted the technician who had done the maintenance, and despite our suspicion that the issue was caused by the work that had just been performed, we were quoted $360 for someone to come back and inspect it. Thankfully, we called and spoke with Brent. Even though it was his day off, he took the time to patiently walk us through the process of troubleshooting and rewiring the AC over the phone. As it turned out, our suspicions were correct—the wiring had been reconnected incorrectly during the service. Brent was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, friendly, incredibly patient, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. His calm guidance got our air conditioner running again, and we truly cannot thank him enough. I have a heart condition, and the extreme heat was making me feel quite ill. Brent genuinely saved the day for us, and his willingness to help on his day off meant more than I can express. Because of Brent’s outstanding customer service, we will absolutely continue using this company in the future. We are so grateful for everything he did.

• Incredible service by this company. Called and left a message on their voicemail system at 6PM on a Saturday evening when we were having trouble with our A/C system. I never expected to receive a call back until Monday. We received a call back that evening 20 minutes later from the owner, who sent a tech out that same evening. The tech worked till 9:30PM on a Saturday evening fixing our system. I was very impressed by their customer service. • Never used Class A before and super happy I did. Had an issue I could not resolve and called them. Right from the start receptionist was on top of it all. She had a tech visit within 2 hours on a Friday if a long weekend. Tech was top notch and fixed the problem. Next day I decided to change the thermostat and shorted a wire which created a new problem :( Called on a Saturday and left a message. Not long after that, the owner ( Brent ) called me to say he would arrive at the house within the hour!! Needless to say - Brent fixed that too! BRAVO ! Happy to recommend !!

The install was thorough and the crew were very respectful and taking extra care around the cats .
