  • We just had a new Furnace and Air Conditioner installed by CK Mechanical. We have been very impressed with this company from start to completion. We met with Yasser who gave us our quote and explained in detail the entire process that would take place. The installers Mike and Scott worked the entire day to complete the installation. We can tell you these two technicians really knew what they were doing and both were very friendly. Both took their time and explained in detail of how our new system works. From not meeting Isaac in person only over the phone he set up the entire job schedule and he worked with us on the billing. We are very glad we picked this company to install our new system.

  • Recently I had my central ac unit replaced by CK mechanical and it was a good experience. After consulting with Yassir, the co-owner of CK mechanical, on the proper choice of ac replacement for my home, I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in explaining the different options that were most suitable for my house. He provided clear guidance on the required cooling capacity and sizing, the correct system efficiency (SEER and EER), and proper maintenance of the unit going forward. On the day of the ac installation, the crew (Scott and Kim) showed up on-time, bright and early, and proceeded right to work. They made sure that all the surrounding work area was well protected. Likewise, I found them to be quite friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I also found their work to be solid, sharp, and thorough. I highly recommend CK mechanical for any heating and cooling needs.

  • I got my plumbing done by them and when it was time to install my washer and dryer, the drain was sealed. We called them asking to open it since they put it and we already paid for it. They told us it was going to cost extra to open it. We didn't know they left it sealed because we’re not plumbing experts.

  • Another great experience with CK Mechanical! Our furnace started making those noises no homeowner ever wants to hear! Thankfully, we called CK Mechanical and had a technician out for a house call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening and recommend the appropriate repair. He was able to get our furnace up and running again while we wait for the new part to arrive over the next few days. Once again, we’re very happy with the service, the professionalism, and the peace of mind knowing the job is being handled properly.   • Had to get a water heater replaced after the original system failed. Sue was quick to come over and assess the situation and quoted a reasonable price for a Bradford white replacement. The technicians were skilled, courteous and explained us every step of the install, along with the basic caretaking of the equipment moving forward. I will recommend CK’s services for sure and will consider them for future services at my address.

I don’t have all the names but particularly want to thank Isaac who schedules work orders. He patiently and thoroughly explained all my questions on my several phone calls. The two technicians who arrived today I don’t have your names. They were excellent!! Consistent with my earlier experience they thoroughly answered all my questions, got straight to work, we’re very polite, did a great job and cleaned up any messes. I should have gotten their names.
