• I owned a small restaurant and our heat has not been working for over 2-3 years. We had called in other technicians to come fixed it but they could never find the issue. Luckily I found Brian from Climate Diagnostics. Brian came in a week ago and immediately figured out what the problem was. Apparently the heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. He was willing to reduced the price, which was amazing. He replaced the heat exchanger and now our heat is finally working again. • Edit - had issues with his work - called and he became very belligerent. To his credit he returned most of what I paid. But the situation was very uncomfortable. I also didn’t appreciate him criticizing everyone else’s work - as if only HE knows what he’s doing. Obviously not true. His prices might be great but he definitely has some issues. Just be aware and careful. Original post - Brian is one of the good guys! He’s very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what your equipment needs - no up-sell! He responds to calls & texts VERY quickly and is willing to come out the next day. He serviced my generator & 2 air conditioning units - very reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again in the fall for the boiler. His prices can’t be beat.

• Great experience!! My AC went out a few days ago and I couldn't take it anymore. I called early in the morning around 7am thinking no one would get back to me. Brian called back within 15 minutes and had my AC diagnostic done and it repaired before 10am!!! Straight forward, Efficient, very affordable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything. He guaranteed the part and the work. And even texted and checked on me a couple hours ago to make sure it was still working.
