• The business owner Dave was not very honest, did not follow installation manuals, argued that the manual was incorrect when I pointed out his error. Fixed his error but lied about how he fixed it to cover his own butt. We had multiple issues with him. I would not advise anyone trust him on any project.

• Radiant Mechanical installed a new gas valve on our boiler system around June 4th. Problems continued, trouble shooting was all over the place. After paying them $2075 the problem was not fixed, also they did not provide receipts for payments. We hired a new company and found out that Radiant Mechanical installed a gas valve for a 50,000 btu unit and ours unit is 200,000 btu. With the correct gas valve the problem is solved. Radiant Mechanical does not know what they are doing and I question why we could not get receipts for payments. BTW the problem was not fixed until around August 6th, we went three months without hot water or heat, good thing it was not winter!

• I hired Radiant Mechanical to repair a leak in my main waterline. They came out, did some work, and assured me the problem was fixed. Three weeks later, I had a major leak in the exact same spot, even worse than before. I called them back and they sent a worker to inspect it. The worker claimed it was “a different issue.” I showed him clear photographic evidence proving it was the identical problem they were supposed to have fixed the first time. He then called his boss and came back to tell me they would have to bill me again for the repair (the same one they had just charged me for! Which he also admitted would only take “a couple hours” to do.) The denial and attempt to double-charge were outrageous and infuriating. To make matters worse, after their first failed “repair,” they left their excavator sitting in my front yard for nearly two weeks. I only got them to remove it after complaining that my neighbor’s toddler children were climbing all over the equipment and my grass was being damaged as a result. I finally gave up and hired a different local company, which fixed the leak properly for only a quarter of what Radiant Mechanical was trying to charge. The difference in professionalism was staggering. Radiant Mechanical showed incompetence, dishonesty, and a shocking lack of accountability. I will never use them again and strongly warn everyone else to avoid this company. Save yourself the headaches, safety risks, and unnecessary expense.

• Well considering I was originally promised by the other company that you took the job for, was some duct work upgrade to my double wide modular home. Then you show up, and look at the situation after I explained that no cool air was going to the middle of the house to rear with my central A/C unit. Only to give me the biggest let down!
