• I was worried something was seriously wrong with my generator when I got an error message, and it quit working. The Adema technician showed up and worked on my generator. He found out it was a simple issue that it needed servicing and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. He was honest and upfront. He made sure it was working correctly before he left and explained why it showed the error message. It’s nice to know that there are still honest companies out there.

• Recently I noticed water collecting under my furnace. I called Adema and they sent someone later that same day. Within minutes the service person knew exactly what needed to be done and he completed required work. The furnace is now working properly and no longer is there water on floor. • Unfortunately, my experience with Adema was disappointing. I hired them to repair the A/C at a commercial office. The repair was expensive and only lasted about a week. At the initial visit, I was told the unit might require additional repairs in the future. When the A/C stopped working again just a week later, I called Adema back. It took nearly a week to receive a quote for the additional repair, which isn't practical when you're operating a business and can't leave employees and patients without air conditioning. I also asked if someone could call me to discuss reducing the original bill or applying a credit toward the additional repair or a replacement, since the initial repair lasted only a week. I was told not to expect a callback for a few days. It's now been over two weeks, and I still haven't received one. Ultimately, I called The Heating & Cooling Guys. They came out after hours the same day to assess the situation, quoted the repair at about half of Adema's price, and when replacement became the better option, they installed a new unit the very next evening to minimize downtime for my office. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Adema. I expected better communication, faster response times, and more accountability for a repair that failed after only one week.
