If I could give zero stars I would don’t hire this company they sent two representatives to our home who seen a normal lived in home with 5 children with toys on the floor and the clutter created from packing to move out and they called CPS to my home with a false report full of lies saying they seen my children doing unsafe activities when my children were not home at the time. When I called the company they told me they couldn’t speak to me or answer any questions. Don’t let them in your home

A+ Job Cellino! I had a boiler installed on August 7, because I am doing repairs to my mom’s really old home. I was worried because I knew very little about boilers and thought it was going to be more than I could afford. I called several plumbing/heating companies for estimates and decided to use Cellino. The office staff was so wonderful! They responded immediately, was polite, professional, informative, helpful, and kept communication every step of the way. Cellino made this project worry-free and for a really reasonable price!! Dylan and all of the servicemen were also polite and professional. They arrived on time, had everything they needed and completed the job! I could go on about their great work, but this post is getting a bit long! I am very satisfied with my new boiler!! Cellino Plumbing will spend millions making sure you can't get their jingle out of your head. What they won't spend is five minutes owning up when their driver slams into your car. On 9/18/26, a Cellino van hit my vehicle in the City of Buffalo and kept going. The damage is real, it's documented, and it's still on my car. So I did the reasonable thing and contacted the company. Their response? It didn't happen. No investigation, no checking their own GPS, no "we'll get back to you." Just a flat denial, with the dent staring them in the face and defending the worker that fled the scene of the crime. Let that sink in. This isn't a mom-and-pop shop that's in over its head. It's a big company with fleet tracking, dispatch records, and lawyers, and its chosen move was to deny it and hope I'd get tired and disappear. That's not a mistake. That's a policy. Now picture that same company in your basement. A tech cracks a pipe, scratches your floors, floods your laundry room. Who do you think they'll side with, you or their bottom line? I already know the answer, because they showed me. All the friendly commercials in Western New York can't cover up how this company acts when it's on the hook. They're great at marketing. They're horrific at accountability. I will not let Cellino off the hook and I will update this review with every step. Until then: if you value your property, your time, and being treated like you're not a liar, call literally anyone else
