I can’t say enough good things about CM Heating! From start to finish, their communication, customer service, and attention to detail were fantastic. Our technician, Carter, was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system. Once the necessary parts arrived, he returned to complete the repairs and even identified and corrected some issues left behind by the original installation company. What impressed me most was the extra effort Carter and the team put into minimizing our out-of-pocket costs. Our HVAC system is only four years old, but the original installer never registered the warranty and had stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. Carter took the initiative to investigate our warranty coverage and was able to get the replacement parts covered despite the previous company’s oversight. The team genuinely went above and beyond to get as much covered as possible. It’s refreshing to work with a company that not only knows what they’re doing but also genuinely cares about its customers. Needless to say, I was incredibly impressed with CM Heating and especially Carter. They’ve earned our business moving forward, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I now have HEAT & Air Cond once again. My old unit was replaced with a new more efficient modern system and they completely changed the furnace and the outdoor unit in one day. After 15 years the old unit grew more difficult to find parts for and it continually stopped working right when i needed it the most. I have no more worries now in winter or summer. It wasn't cheap but heat and Air are things we just can't afford to NOT have. There necessary so the costs were worth the price and it adds value to the home when we go to sell. Thanks Guys ,
