• We used Washington Energy Services to install our heating and cooling equipment a number of years ago, and we have taken advantage of their Guardian Maintenance Program ever since for yearly maintenance of our equipment. They have done a excellent job of taking care of our heating and cooling equipment year after year. For the past few years we have be fortunate to have Erik Rikansrud of Washington Energy Services as our maintenance technician. Erik does an outstanding job for us every time he visits. • The nearly 5 rating is well deserved. Everything is nearly perfect. I had a lot of work done: new electrical panel and 10 new electrical lines. Then new AC install into existing HVAC, that needed new return ducting. Everyone showed up on time, that's excellent. My main contact, JJ, is very responsive, also excellent coms, explains everything and takes care of stuff quick. Early process was great, the sales guys know their stuff and know what they don't know .. which was great. They explained what they can evaluate and what the electrical/hvac people will evaluate. New electrical panel went great, everything labeled and looking pretty. Dustin is great. Right on time / to time estimate. New electrical lines rans are good, exactly where I wanted them. Very minimal wall damage that you can't tell was even there now. Panel went very smooth, exact timing on when no power, when people will start and when it's done. I had somewhat tight fit for AC, supervisor Roman had to come over to plan it out, but we ended up with great plan, minimally invasive, Roman is very good. Pavel and guys explained what will happen and in what order. I had some asks on install and future possible expandability, that they accommodated. After it was all done, no extra wall damage, clean carpets and floors, no dust leaking outside of work areas. Like nothing happened. Lots of work in the attic, its quite tight up there, attic insulation was mostly back in place, everything was in order. Because of the amount of work, some parts needing reminding of which contract had which work. Easy communication. There's clearly care for the work, just one example: duct sealant lines are all clean and straight, where they don't really have to be, no one would ever know. Duct cleaning with Jack was great, on time and again good comms. All permits got taken care of, and inspector found no issues. Good value for the work, great value if you consider ease of the process from my side. Highly recommend and plan to use them for other services. I had someone else come out for some plumbing work, Ellie, very well explained what will happen and why. Great value, budget for another year. I had someone come out to look at doors, Todd, again very well explained and costed out. Project for another year.

The installation team was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was installed properly. A special thank you to Pavel and the entire crew. Pavel was especially professional and attentive to detail. They were also incredibly friendly with our dog, which meant a lot to us! • Incompetent. Can't even get their install to pass the fire inspection. They were quick to communicate until they get our money, then when we started having issues they don't wanna call us back. Do not hire them, you will regret it. I changed my review from 1 star to 3. They did finally come out and make the corrections to pass inspection and the install looks pretty good. Back to 1 star. I've had to make a bunch of small fixes (linehide installed backwards, heat pump cabinet not put together right, pvc drain not put together). When a sensor failed, they try to tell me to replace the batteries when it is a hard wired thermister ? Going to have to have another company come out unfortunately. At least it's not leaking.
