Cold 1 replaced our hot water heater recently and both Ted and Prince were true professionals. They cared about tracking anything into our house on their shoes and took precautions. The installation went smooth and the piping was beautifully done! I would highly recommend them!

Had a problem with my heater and with talking to the owner was walk through how to turn my heater off and showed up to my house with the speed that i wish everyone company should have . Cold 1 Services. Ted's patience and professionalism are on the mark. At the shore we knew that the central ac unit needed to be replaced due to age and being serviced over the past few years. It was time. Ted showed up advised us to upgrade the size of the unit since we were now adding heat and pulling the ac into the florida room and he was removing all the old ductwork due to age. So far so good so you think. Now we ran into a huge obstacle, the electric apparently we did not have the same amperage that our neighbors have. Upgrade was needed and had to be done by the trailer park. Now we wait. It took Ted after 3 trips to the shore to show them what was needed to install the unit. After 2 weeks the upgrade to the electric was done but we were never notified so again Ted was on hold. The job now completed and everyone is happy. Ted's work is on point. Showed up when he said. Work area and clean up was good. Highly recommend Cold 1 Services for all your HVAC needs.

Its was a great experience dealing with Cold One Services. Our older boiler 1921 system was giving us issues with shutting down this past winter. We contact several hvac companies they couldn't figure out the issue. Luckily we called Teddy from Cold One and he was not just able to figure out the problem . He also gave us a heads up on another the potential issue. Which we had him replaced that part two months later.
