Finding a contractor who sources and installs radiators is surprisingly hard—many companies I called just tried to talk me into ripping everything out for forced air. I was lucky enough to come across Daniels HVAC, who came highly recommended by several people in the neighborhood. He was thoughtful about the technical challenges of the project, especially when it came to connecting units in difficult areas of the house. I also appreciated Mr. Daniels' attention to detail. When one radiator wasn't the perfect height for the existing pipes, he crafted wooden blocks to level it and then stained them to perfectly match my floors. Beyond the craftsmanship, he is a true professional—he responded promptly to every message and always arrived exactly when he said he would. While he wasn't the lowest bid, the quality and care he put into the work made the price more than fair. It is clear that he values his customers and wants to build long-term relationships. I will definitely be using him again.

Heater conked out during coldest period! Mr. Daniels came out looked it over found the part (out of state) got it here and installed it and had family and I warm and toasty again, let me add did not best me over the head fee wise! If you have an HVAC issue, they are the ones to call!

I vote yes! The frank assessment of the state of our heater helped us to bypass a catastrophe! He is blunt, yet honest and at the end of the day that is what you need! We were not on the job site so he sent blow by blow pictures that really eased our minds! Each ping of an incoming picture assured me that the job was being done as outlined in the estimate. He started the job right away and finished when he said he would- for that we are thankful! This is not a fly by night organization but the real deal. Years in business and a craftsman at his trade! It is often difficult finding a company to service critical equipment in your home. I can say that I was overwhelmingly impressed with Daniels HVAC Philadelphia. I called Mr. Daniel on a Thursday and explained the problem with my circulator pump on my heater which has been not working for a year. He listened and asked me to send a picture of my unit. He was over the next morning. He not only diagnosed the problem but showed me the issue and presented me with the fix. No surprises or upselling of unnecessary repair. He was honest and explained the issue to me in a friendly and professional manner. I felt comfortable right away and asked that he install the replacement part. He was back the same day in just over an hour, made the repair, and tested everything in front of me to reassure me that the heater was working again. It is so satisfying to have a warm home on the first chilly night of the season! I also appreciated being able to pay for the diagnosis and repair online with my card, so I didn't have to run to the bank to withdraw the funds in cash. I am so glad that there are still honest and reputable service people who take pride in their skill and are also professional and friendly, treating customers with respect. My brother just asked me for a good HVAC guy that was priced fairly. I remembered Mr.Daniels came the same day, assessed my problem with the boiler and the hot water heater about 10 years ago. That's how good and fair the service was. He replaced my hot water heater the next day which was going to be the coldest day of the year at about 25 degrees and fixed my old boiler that was in the house since 1968. It was less than $1500. That was a decade ago and I know that prices have only gone up, but for the speed, efficiency and cost you can't beat Daniels HVAC.

My wife and I own a rental property in Philadelphia but we live near Los Angeles. We just had Nathan Daniels visit the property to make sure the HVAC survived the summer okay and is ready for the cold months that are coming. As a result of years of experience with him, we know we can trust him to service the HVAC in our property and keep it running properly. We also know from experience that he will never recommend a service we don't actually need. He always communicates extensively, sending pictures of the unit and associated gear, and explaining exactly what he's doing (or not doing) and why. Finally, he's great about getting on a job quickly if you are having an emergency. We wouldn't want to entrust our HVAC to anyone else!
