  • Was a stressful 2days. Also the initial tech lied re the tankless water heater just to make a sale. Then the installers lied as well. Tankless water heaters do not have instant hot water as they claimed. Asked them both numerous times. The Nick came out and discovered a switch on the inside of the unit that had not been switched on. My husband had to take an ice cold shower for his Mayo Clinic appt. Out of the 3 techs Nick was the only one who was honest. I realize I’m old but I don’t like to be conned. On top of the cost of the tankless I was also charged to repair the original water heater which was then removed!! The entire experience was very disappointing.
