• Kid sold us our HVAC system about 1 year ago. Today he was back to do the one year check up. He reported that everything was fine, but we already knew this. Although this system is the new version of the one we replaced after 14 years, thus far we like this unit much better. It runs much quieter, and the house is less dusty. We’ve known Kid for over three years now, and are really glad we chose him and AC EXPERTS!

• I no longer recommend this company and the review by Kenneth Belcher is my home as well. We fought over two years with AC Experts regarding the noise coming from our unit, we heard multiple excuses... Finally a technician with balls admitted we had a bad compressor and we had a new one installed. I will give credit to the install manager and technician who assisted in the compressor replacement. They were great. So thank you AC Experts for finally fixing our issue, that could have been corrected 2 years ago. Before I go, theres some advice I'll share (but you'll probably never listen to), I had other complaints about the unprofessional conduct of some of your employees (which I will not mention names) and I asked numerous times to talk to a manager or the owner and I never received any response. As owners/managers... I realize you have many customers, but you also have an obligation to your customers who trusted in your business, there are situations where you really need to get involved. So shame on you.

• The unit they installed is noisy supposed to be the best hard to sleep when we sit outside that's all we hear been bull s by techs blaming the government and manufacture we live Peoria. *update. Your service tech came by yesterday for the very same reason I initially complained about. He did not announce himself when he arrived, took his ladder through our open garage through our backyard without permission, this is inexcusable. In addition he was rude when I complained about the noise and made excuses. I have requested that he never is sent to my property again. Your office is aware of my address and the situation that still needs to be addressed.

• First off I’d like to mention that I had an excellent experience with A/C experts! Kid came out and gave a great presentation for a new A/C system install. He was knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of all that, we received a high quality system at an affordable and fair price. Their proposal far exceeded the other proposals that I received from other companies. Louis and Alex showed up to do our install. These technicians did a great job installing our new system and were friendly and polite throughout the whole process. They were not intrusive, and they maintained a respectful attitude throughout the day. Upon completion of the service, they were sure to clean up all debris after themselves and did not leave any mess lying around my property. Kid also stop by to ensure the job was completed correctly and according to the proposal. We appreciate the excellent service and the level of professionalism that we experienced with A/C experts. I’d recommend A/C experts to anybody looking for service or a new install!

• Had a AC emergency. AC Experts tech Eric arrived same day. Eric is the best! 110 out and he would not stop until the unit was fixed. He knows his stuff! If you have a AC issue call AC Experts and request they send Eric. My AC is blowing air so cold now I have 3 blanket's on the bed. My wife Angie is very happy!

• I've had my AC for just 18 months. Very happy until it shut down (onthe hottest day on record) AC Experts came out same day, however informed me that they don't have the parts on hand to repair. SO MUCH FOR A 10 YR. WARRENTY! I was informed that it would take 7 days. They have made no compensation for me whatsoever. I borrowed 2 portable units and my less than 1000 sq. ft. condo is still at 87°.. I'm sadly disappointed at the way they have handled my situation and I'm only 18 mos. Into a 10 yr.warranty!!!
