• I’ve been using Bumble Bee for several years now and have found them to be reliable, honest and fairly priced. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Their technicans explaine all work and options in terms we could easily understand. They do not try and ‘sell’ you on upgrades but will explain the advantages if they apply without any pressure. • I can’t say enough good things about Bumblebee AC and the incredible customer service they provide! Miguel and Porter came out for my biannual maintenance, and they went way above and beyond what I expected. I had been trying to figure out why my electric bill was running higher than usual, and they took the time to walk me through what could be contributing to it. They also helped me understand some of the things the company that installed my return duct had done incorrectly and what I needed to address with them. I actually learned during this visit that Bumblebee also does insulation — and after talking with Miguel, I really wish I had known that before! I absolutely would have gone with Bumblebee for that work, too. Porter was also incredibly thorough while cleaning the unit. At one point, I noticed water leaking into my hallway. After I mentioned it, he didn’t just brush it off — he thoroughly investigated the issue and found the source. I’ve had multiple people up on my roof trying to troubleshoot this leak, and Porter found the problem within minutes! That level of care, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help is hard to find. Miguel and Porter took the time to answer all my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood what was going on. I truly cannot say enough good things about Bumblebee AC and the support they provide their customers. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and loyalty. Loyal customer for life! 🐝❤️

• It’s been a repetitive cycle. They come fix the unit and then a couple months same guy come back and it’s another issues with another bill. They do not share upfront and keep charging to do work! I suppose that’s the business model. Each time blaming the unit. I would have appreciated the guy telling me a unit is bad and not perform thousands of dollars of repairs in under 2 years to now tell me to replace the unit.
