Our air-conditioning went out in the middle of the heat wave this week. I called a lot of AC places but only one would come that very day : Concept Air. The owner, Jeremy, came over at 7 o’clock at night after work to diagnose the problem, ordered the part the next day and then on the third day fixed it! He never tried to upsell us at all - super professional friendly smart guy -can’t recommend them highly enough.

Really happy with the service from the Concept Air team. Our HVAC system started giving us trouble, and they made the whole repair process pretty easy. They arrived when they said they would, explained what was wrong, and got the system back up and running without any unnecessary hassle. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Jeremy and ConceptAir did a great job installing the Tosot Mini-Split Air Conditioner I purchased at Home Depot. On checkout, I told Home Depot to send contractors my way, and Jeremy was one of them. Some of the others would only do the AC install without the electrical (and charged more!); some wouldn't install a 3rd-party-purchased item. Jeremy was a one-stop shop: he installed the unit, ran the tubing, and also installed the electrical wiring from my home's electrical panel. He even discussed some of my crazy ideas on where to install the external unit, but persuaded me to a less-crazy location. So far I'm very happy (they only installed it yesterday, but so far so good).
