• 5/25/24 We had ECO Air install a whole house fan in our Fullerton home, and the results were gratifying. As a repeat customer, I reached out for an estimate for our new home in Yorba Linda, Don came personally to look at the home, and size the fan. Later he came with his wife, and was going to install the fan, but decided that a smaller fan would serve us better. Long time residents of YL, they gave us all sorts of tips invaluable to new time residents. He had to order the new fan and sent back his foreman and fan expert to do the installation. All and all, it was an excellent experience, and I'm very happy with the work and the fan. The support provided by Don and his foreman was thorough, and well above what I expected, even as repeat customer. 1/29/25 I just had EcoAir come out it to service my heater and inspect and adjust the airflow through the output registers. He did a great job and provided me with a wealth of info on my system. His inspection turned up some issues with the ducting which I am going to have them address. Very impressed so far! 2/5/2025 Eco Air came out and reworked our existing ductwork to address issues with airflow. The sealed up an intake side air leak, replaced on problematic pressure side duct, replaced some supply side plenum outlets, and sealed all joints in the system with mastic. This was followed with a complete adjustment of all the flow control settings, and adjusting all of the outlet registers to balance and redirect airflow as needed. This took about two hours and the result was phenomenal. Our very high sealing home now has a much more even temperature throughout. The technician also made some recommendations on how to bring the warm air down to where we live. The cleaned up after themselves as well as putting down tarps to protect furniture and flooring. I’m very pleased with this company and the work that they have done for me. 10/1/2026 Jacob came to our home yesterday and did his usual thorough job of checking out our A/C, very important in the current heat-storm we are experiencing. He discovered that our hard-start capacitor.had failed, and replaced it with a heavier duty one. Since we are in the Express Comfort" V.I.P. Services Membership program, the check-up and the capacitor were no charge. I recommend you join this program since periodic checkup and service will prevent or at least delay more serious problems down the road. The program is unique in that a portion of the monthly or yearly fee goes into an account to potentially cover any downstream eventuality.
