  • Had a complete plumbing inspection by Bud of Marathon Plumbing, Heating and AC. Bud was through and explained all of the items he found that needed attention and took photos to show me visual proof. He fully explained the need for the repairs and the price was excellent. Highly recommend Marathon and Bud for your plumbing, heating and AC needs!

  • Justin is great. He’s very professional, thorough and is definitely an asset to Marathon. He is knowledgeable and communicates well with the customer as to the services that were performed. And he gave us a good deal of helpful information regarding our HVAC system complete with photos. Also, he’s very polite and took care with our house-shoe covers, etc. Thanks so much Justin. You are exceptional!

  • They are very communicative, and they text and call to confirm an appointment, and send a photo of the tech. We thought they fixed our system, but it still wasn’t cooling, so within an hour they another tech on site to fix the other issue, with no service charge or fee. I would definitely recommend Marathon!

  • I would not recommend MARATHON to anyone. I feel like I wasted 99 dollars... The technician, Emmy, was polite and pleasant... that was the good part. The bad part was that he felt my A/C unit and PVC tubing were too old and fragile to service, and suggested a new Air Conditioning Unit. * This is great if you're the technician, and might eventually benefit financially in the future from the sale of an entire A/C unit. * This is great for a company that employs such methodologies. * This is not-so-great when you're a homeowner with an A/C that cools magnificently, and the only problem is a plugged condensation pipe. (GOOGLE says this problem is so common, that it accounts for 90% of water-related A/C service calls. Emmy didn't even want to try to clear the blockage, saying that we would end-up with the same problem tomorrow, and have to call them back. I was born at night; but it wasn't last night... I wasn't convinced of his excuse, nor reasoning. I'm in my mid-60s; and I finally climbed up there myself, and I cleared-out the blockage by myself (remember: This problem is 9 out of 10 water-related service calls). I paid MARATHON Plumbing Heating & A/C Repair $99 for me to go up there myself, and do the work myself, because the technician was insistent upon me replacing the entire A/C Unit. My neighbor indicated that she had someone else do her A/C blockage, and they charged her $ 80 (eighty). I wish I had spoken to her, first. I would not recommend MARATHON to anyone... (not even an enemy). Save yourself some time AND money, and get a different company. Money is too tight these days, for a customer to be OVER-SOLD merchandise or services. The personnel are pleasant, but you'll be kissing your money good-bye. Call a different company.

  • My tenant had a leaking mini-split head. I contacted Marathon and left a message for them to call me and make an appointment. They called up the next morning and gave them them the location and tenant information. They coordinated a time to troubleshoot the mini-split with the tenant. Justin arrived on time and was thorough with documenting the issues he discovering. He sent me picture and received authorization from me before starting any work. Justin was completely professional and went the extra mile of making sure he didn't leave any dirt after fixing the unit. Thank you Justin for the hard work!

  • Eric took great care of us! We came back after some time away to a blank thermostat and a very hot house. We called Marathon immediately. Eric was able to diagnose a tricky issue with a drain pan sensor and provided great service to us under warranty in no time at all. The house is cool again and we are comfortable. Thanks, Eric and Marathon!

  • We would recommend Marathon Plumbing and especially Larry who was the lead on our job. We had to address 150 feet of sewage plumbing due to multiple breaks caused by tree root intrusions. The line was running down our backyard, where it was hilly and muddy, but Larry and the team worked hard and quickly to fix the issue. Larry was very helpful in explaining things, he was patient, and is willing to answer all your questions. They were pretty thorough in their work and were a very respectful team.

    Christine O.

  • Selvin was great and shared each part of the inspection and possible issues. We were back up and running in about an hour or so.

    Christopher R.

  • I was charged $1450 for a new capacitor and hard start kit for my AC unit. The parts at Home Depot cost $70. So I paid $1380 for one hour of work. Needless to say, I’ll never use Marathon again. Very disappointing.

    David H.

  • Bud did an exceptional job. On time and courteous. He explained the problem and our options. The work was done quickly and it solved our problem. We will definitely call Marathon in the future.

    Dan B.

  • Service rep was excellent. Went out of his way to finish the repair on the same day we made request.

    Deans S.

  • We had a great experience with David from Marathon Plumbing, Heating, and Air! He came out to repair our air conditioning unit and was even able to arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, which we really appreciated. David was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. He worked efficiently and was professional, friendly, and very personable. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend David and Marathon!

  • Brandon was good, but I still have not received a receipt.
