What I would like to say is that when Evan’s knocked at my door, he introduced himself and the first thing he did was put on his shoe covers and what I truly appreciate is that Evann was very honest with me about the cleanliness of my HVAC unit and what my attic ducts looked like with a video and what I needed to have done. He didn’t try to sell me anything or try to take advantage and say that my unit needed a cleaning or anything I really appreciate he was very honest with me and listened. If I have Service All-Stars Plumbing And Heating come out to my house I would like Evann to be the technician.

It’s been way too long since we had our heating and air conditioners serviced. A friend needed instant help during a crisis and, as a result, recommended this company to us. We scheduled a super tune-up and they did not disappoint! We got the same technician as her, Evann, and she was right—he’s fabulous. He was very thorough, efficient, and kind. The tune up is just $79, but we signed up for their annual service plan. Highly recommend!

Discovered a leak in our kitchen ceiling and turned out to be our AC unit. Called Service All States and Evan showed up within the hour. Evan did a full assessment and found several issues with our system. His knowledge of the system was very impressive and he laid out very clearly all the issues we were having. He also gave us multiple options to tackle our problem. Changed from 5 star review to 1. Feeling uneasy after being persuaded to sign a contract for future work, I had additional inspections done. Turns out the information I was given originally, was incorrect. Also frustrating, I asked for report and pictures immediately after inspection so I could review them with my husband - didn’t happen. I’m so upset as I have tried to communicate with them way too many times through various people there. I was told by I would get my money back for a down payment on the ridiculously overpriced deal - weeks later, still nothing. Waiting and waiting. Very stressful and I would not want anyone else to feel this way. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company at all. I just want my money back and never have to deal with them again.
