With over 35 years of combined experience under their belts and having worked for other HVAC companies throughout their careers, James and Chris have taken their experience and created 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Chris and James established 1st Choice in Lake Forest so that they could fill the void in customer service and installation quality that they found lacking in the HVAC industry. Now after 7 Years we have opened our 2nd location here in Anaheim and all of North Orange County!

• We met with several companies before deciding on 1st Choice and we made the right decision. They were thorough and patient with all of our questions and the installation was smooth and easy. The pricing is reasonable but honestly the service has been fantastic even after the installation. We had an issue with our system and the owner (Corey) came to check it out. It was our error but he was patient and explained what happened in a way that put us at ease. He also spent a lot of time ensuring that it wouldn't happen again. I will be recommending 1st Choice and this team to anyone who will listen.

• We had our twin HVAC system replaced in 2020 by 1st Choice. System now is about 3.5 years old as of this review. The system they installed has been working perfectly since installation. We got three estimates and ended up going with 1st Choice. What stood out was their friendliness, flexibility, and objectivity. They didn't try to steer us toward a particular product but instead laid out the plusses and minuses of each (ex. heat pumps vs. gas furnace), giving their recommendations. They were prompt and on time, showing up when they said they would and finishing when they said they would. They have since come out a couple of times when I've had a furnace-related question and they've been very helpful.
