• Why there is any other HVAC company of repute in Las Vegas beats me. From Ralph and the masterclass he renders when taking to you about HVAC systems while simultaneously being very open to providing customer service from his company FIRST and sale definitely very secondary to this company. Ralph schools you on how various HVAC works or should work. Then there is Master technician RaNee who with calm confidence weeds through all the lies from the other companies. Companies who just want to sell or upsell you things you don’t need.. quite yet. There is absolutely nothing RaNee doesn’t have an option of repair for. He tells you as it is whether it is really time to change your system or this was just a repair job. I LOVE CONTROLLED COMFORT and the staff I have met so far. ♥️♥️. • I had major problems with a hvac company that installed my system resulting in 4000 dollar remediation from a cracked condenser line. Insurance company got involved. I then switched to control comfort. They found several other problems that the original company made such as backwards drier filter, improperly installed condenser line that could have destroyed the system. They fixed the issues.
