• The only good thing the company did was actually answer their phone with a person. Outside of that they’ve made a scheduled time for service never called never showed up. I followed up the next day with another call and they apologize because they never sent the order to the technicians and said they can schedule me again for the following week. I’m not sure how they got 100% five star ratings I would not call this company again, because their lack of care for the customer and service.

• Update ... Giving them the 5th Star. After getting my invoice, the itemized cost of the work that was done was reasonable: complete unit cleaning, found freon leak, made a weld repair, evac the system, recharged & full Op Test. Freon got expensive ! Will certainly call on these guys again for a yearly cleaning & check up. Excellent service and skilled technicians with on-time service. Quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair and as you read in the old newspaper classified ads about used cars ... "Cold AC" Why not 5 stars ... because I never got a quote or estimate for the service call. Granted I was in a bit of a bind, repairable or not. It would have been nice to get a cost estimate before I said "Yes" That said, I should have used my words & asked.
