Adding a platform for the outside condenser to keep it off the ground was a nice touch not normally provided! Owen arrived early, he answered all my questions, and went right to work. No mess, if there was any, he cleaned up the area as if he wasn’t there…awesome! Owen worked quickly and efficiently, and shared his recommendations once he was done! He started at 1045am, finished at 1:30pm, he did two units upstairs and one unit downstairs, so he had to go on the roof for 2 of the outdoor compressors. Good job! Will definitely recommend this company and especially technician Owen! Mahalo Nui!!!

First time I’m trying Standard Air, they did an great job. I was happy that Chris and Esias gave 2 of 3 ac units a deep clean (took apart fan units and did total wipe down). Last unit had a leak so no cleaning but Chris gave viable options and sent quotes. Overall a great experience and will definitely have Standard Air take care of our AC needs again.

Palani came out and provided us with estimates for the Mitsubishi and Fujitsu split A/C units. Palani was friendly and provided us with good information for both Mitsubishi and Fujitsu units. We were undecided between 3 units and 2 compressors vs. 2 units and 1 compressor. We opted for Mitsubishi 2 units and 1 compressor since we planned to do additional renovations to our home. Palani was always kind and courteous when talking with him on the phone regarding any concerns or quote clarifications. We were concerned about the potential installation challenges since our home is an older and single-walled construction in Kailua. Palani assured us that the installation would be unobtrusive. We opted to place split A/C units in two of our bedrooms with one compressor. Palani and Scott did an excellent job in piping the unit drainage thru the closets to the exterior wall with covers. The entire installation was efficient, clean and unobtrusive. Our home in Kailua single-walled so we were pleasantly surprised that the end-result looked a lot better than we expected. Palani and Scott did an outstanding job in keeping the work area clean and tidy. They removed all their rubbish through the process of installation. They wore shoe booties when entering the house and removed when outside. Kyle their contracted electrician did a fantastic job as well. We're 21 days in from install and are amazed at the quietness of the split a/c units. We're finally able to enjoy comfortable sleeping temps! Thanks again Standard Air! We look forward to working with you again when we add more units in the future! Standard Air is top notch in the service. We appreciated the installation confirmation appointment via email and text reminders. We were pleasantly surprised that Standard Air helped us register our compressor with Mitsubishi and submitted our Energy Rebate with Hawaii Energy! That was a 1st for us!

Been using Standard AC for years to clean and maintenance our Mitsubishi split AC units. The crew members are always professional, efficient and maintain a clean work area within our home. I’m always so happy with the results of the power washing. Our units are 10 years old but look brand new due to the upkeep and they run perfectly.

First time trying Standard Air, they did an outstanding job. Gave the ac units a deep clean and left the area clean after. Didn’t try to upsell me when i asked about fixing a leak, which is so nice. If the leak comes back all they have to do is replace the housing. All in all a great experience, will definitely be having Standard Air take care of our AC.
